Each leaf is blown and hand-shaped in clear Murano glass, its veins pressed into the surface while the glass is still molten. Thin and slightly curled, every piece catches the light along its edges and throws soft reflections onto the surrounding walls.
Foja is composed rather than hung: spirals, cascades and clouds of leaves are arranged around the space that receives them. Density, drop and the rhythm of the fall are studied with the architect, so each installation seems to have drifted into the room on its own.
